POD Order Processing Guide
✅ Placing an Order:
• Visit joyfulkidsdecor.com → POD Section.
• Select your products, add them to the cart, and complete the payment.
• In the Custom box, enter the order numbers separated by commas (Example: 5120, 2442, 3051)
• Send a confirmation email to info@joyfulkidsdecor.com with:
• Payment receipt from our website.
• Sales receipt with the buyer's information (Etsy, Amazon, etc.).
✅ Submitting Customized Files:
Format: High-resolution, print-ready.
File name: "Name + Order Number + Product" (e.g., Brian 123456 popcorn box).
Customers are responsible for correct spelling and images. No changes allowed after printing begins.
✅ File Submission Methods:
1-4 files: Attach them to an email with the order number and store name in the subject line.
5+ files: Upload a folder labeled with the date and store name via fromsmash.com or wetransfer.com.
🚫 Google Drive, iCloud, and similar services are not accepted.
✅ Processing Time:
Orders submitted before 6:00 PM (ET) → Processed the same day.
Orders submitted after 6:00 PM → Processed the next business day.
To ensure 3-business-day processing, submit orders on the same day you receive them.
