- All of our items are custom made / personalized and made by order, these items don't qualify for return or exchange.
- Please make sure you order with plenty of time to process and ship your items before party date, we don't accept returns if your order arrives after party due date.
Defective Items
At Joyful Kids Decor our #1 priority is customer satisfaction! If you have received any defective item or personalization has any error, please contact us within 36 hours after order delivered with order number and proof of item damaged to open a claim.
