POD Order Processing Guide
✅ How to Order:
• Visit joyfulkidsdecor.com → POD Section.
• Select your products, add to cart, and complete checkout.
• In the Custom box, enter the order numbers separated by commas (Example: 5120, 2442, 3051)
• Send a confirmation email to info@joyfulkidsdecor.com with:
• Payment receipt from our website.
• Sales receipt with buyer information (Etsy, Amazon, etc.).
✅ Custom File Submissions:
Format: High-resolution, print-ready.
File Name: “Name + Order Number + Product” (e.g. Brian Popcorn Box 123456).
Customers are responsible for correct spelling and images. No changes are allowed once printing is started.
✅ File Submission Methods:
1-4 files: Attach to an email with the order number and store name in the subject line.
5 or more files: Upload a folder labeled with the date and store name via fromsmash.com or wetransfer.com.
🚫 Google Drive, iCloud, and similar services are not accepted.
✅ Processing Time:
Orders submitted before 6:00 PM (US Eastern Time) → are processed the same day.
Orders submitted after 6:00 PM → are processed the next business day.
To ensure 3 business day processing, please ship orders the same day you receive them.
